Refund policy
Our main goal at Paisley Park is to build a relationship of trust and quality between us and you. To that end, we do everything in our power to make situations right and ensure you are satisfied. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, here is how we handle it.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns for items that are defective or do not fit properly within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@paisleypark.co. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customised items, as these are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
