Shipping policy

For Singapore:
All In-stock orders are shipped within 3 working days of you placing the order using Singpost or other third party logistics partner depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 5 to 7 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!
We offer free shipping within Singapore for orders above SGD 75. Shipping fee for other domestic orders is $5.

For International order, we do support the below countries with optimised shipping rates (as of 12-June-2023):

International orders will be dispatched via Singpost or other third party logistics partners. While delivery time will vary based on destinations, as a general reference, orders will reach you between 6 - 8 working days.

All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. If any package that is returned or rejected or withheld at the port of entry, will not qualify for refunds. While we say this, in general we have that observed duties are only applicable in most destination countries at a higher threshold of product purchase. Please do check the information on duties and taxes prior to placing orders on our website.
